    Information on Programs Offered:

    The International Baking & Pastry Program, offers a broad array of baking and pastry theory and practical experiences necessary for success in the food service industry. All courses emphasize laboratory activities, with extensive periods of hands-on practical experience in professionally equipped culinary laboratories.Your good taste in food can become even more appetizing when you learn to turn it into your career by enrolling in a culinary arts program at Lincoln!

    Experienced, seasoned culinary professionals with industry experience will work with you one-on-one to teach the hands-on skills and secrets used in preparing the world’s greatest cuisines. In culinary laboratories equipped with industry-standard equipment and tools, you’ll learn French, Asian, Mediterranean, Latin and American cooking, along with professional baking and pastry techniques.

    The broad range of culinary theory and practical experience you gain—including kitchen and restaurant management skills—can help make your entry into the culinary industry a delicious success!

    Culinary Management is a 36-month Bachelor of Science program, currently offered at our West Palm Beach Lincoln Culinary Institute location. It is designed to prepare students to be professionals in the foodservice industry and to work for hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, hospitals, cruise lines or caterers. The vibrant and diverse South Florida hotel, restaurant and resort economy is used as the laboratory for this program. Core subjects are discussed, defined and identified in the classroom, and are then explored and examined in our metropolitan neighborhood of Palm Beach. This center for the foodservice and tourism industries affords the student unlimited access to the "Real World" while remaining in the comfort zone of Lincoln Culinary Institute.1 Campus Location
